Product Description

The mat is made from a special high density of foam to make mats less bulky yet super comfortable for the fish whilst retaining the fish. Great cushioning is required for great fish care, ensuring those delicate scales are not damaged as you place the catfish or pike down to unhook, clean and take a quick snap of before returning them.

Not only is the mat light and cushioned but it features a zipped flap which when unfolded doubles the size of the mat. This can be used for you to lean on but is more useful for covering the captured fish. When you are holding the fish for a picture it is ideal to hold over the extended size and in between photo prep you should shade the fish on the mat to protect it from heat and light.

The size of the XXL mat is 86in long and 30in wide but with the flap folded out, it totals as 66in long x 60in wide.
